What we collect

• Domain scans: the domain you scanned, its grade and the time. Scans use public DNS records only.
• Alerts: your email address and domain, only after you confirm by clicking the link we send.
• Scam checks: only the verdict and score. The email you paste or forward is analysed in memory and never stored. If AI explanations are switched on, a short excerpt is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write the explanation and is not used to train models.
• Phishing tests: the staff addresses you enter and whether each person opened the practice page.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Safety kit: nothing you type is saved.

Your choices

Every alert email has a link to stop alerts. To have your data deleted, reply to any Gemguard email.
